Well that's impressive! While folks blame State Street for shorting, they only lend to shorters, they don't do it themselves. In this case the big clients they represent are buying the dip in a big way. Its certainly a sign that the instos with a long-term focus and solid background research teams are confident of a bounce above where we are now. They certainly have a big holding now and maybe are looking to hold a key stake for any takeover play during the current weakness?
