Bianca holds no threat she is in charge of the trust that Gina is beneficiary of.
Gina or the MD of HPPL (most likely Gina) (director of HPPL) controls the stake in LTR (though shares are owned by HPPL PTY LTD). will be the person that votes on LTR matters.
Trusts are usually set up for asset protection for Gina to protect her wealth.
What better way for a loving trusting daughter to be trustee or it all, anyway back to LTR.
For those of you not following - Bianca has nothing to do with LTR and has no voting rights over the shares in LTR.
Oh and while i'm at it there is a differance between associate and association.
In this case Biamca is an associated party- related.
Dont be afraid holders - there is no additional power to Bianca.
The share component owned is the same amount.
Like i say asset protection for Gina and her family to stop people suing her for wealth.
