Half way through October. I wonder if we will hear anything about the "up to" 10 million that should be paid this month or has previous 2 week delay pushed everything out for following payments. It seemed harder than it needed to be to get just that first of 30 payments so what happens now? I think last payment just caused more doubt due to the timing and shenanigans.
