Just stopped for a coffee at Olivers Wyong northbound.
New hours 5am to 7pm.
Doing a brisk trade with only 3 staff flat out (I counted 20 customers, some obviously first time).
Oporto next door not yet open at 7.30am.
“fast food you can feel good about” (back of tshirts).
Coffee is great and most of my favourite healthy food options are still available on the menu.
The new look streamlined Olivers might just work !(smaller footprint, lower overheads, easily replicated, outperforming established brand next door)
