The biggest issue is the expertise.
Olivers have failed to bring in suitable recruits from any other QSR. They have previously had Macc's poeple, but they were all QA, and didn't concentrate on the product, just the store procedures.
They had the Subway guy, but all he was worried about was putting $ in his pocket and hiring his friends, all of which went south in the great re-imaging of JG's return. To this day, thye continue to hire from outside the industry, and these people have no idea.
