Doing the math on that release of the Jansen's change in shareholding required by ASX rules; 1) looks triggered by the DoD sale shares issued, and not recent selling, 2) average sale 51c, 3) no sales below 40c. So if they really wanted to drive the price down wouldn't they keep selling?
And didn't Guy Headley sell down at 32c? And doesn'tGuy Headley get more shares for a lower share price as per the proposed resolutions?
