I have just done some calculations which everyone may find interesting.

Since Ben’s last notice he has sold 4,999,744 units with little break between selling. We may ask why he stopped selling them? This is because he has actively tried to prevent the market from knowing he has sold down. He stopped just shy of the 1% change figure where his last shareholding was at 22.33%. Prior to the recent issuance of shares, his sell down would have put him at 21.43% shareholding.

Ben has evidently been selling these shares to attempt to hold the SP down as we have suspected.

The issuance of the shares for DOD has inadvertently brought this to light and fortunately prior to the vote to reinstate Ben.
