The Change for substantial shareholder notice doesn't provide the details on the purchase of the 32 mil new shares on the 30th of October 2023.

If my assessment is correct, it appears M&G Investments have taken up the majority of their entitlements, (second Image) which is very encouraging.
This should have raised an additional $966k. although I cannot match the 32 mil new shares with a notice of new shares being issued.
