To the best of my recollection, DLI held a 15% (?) stake before the departure of the former CEO, DF. Unfortunately, I am not aware of the developments that ensued after he left. Given that DLI shares seem to be tightly held, it raises the question of why the stock price is still declining. Bring back DF any day.
