Divorce was a speculative guess btw. I have no idea why Weel is selling. I don't think its worth the prize to investigate either. I am walking away.
Maybe one question to ask is, why was this company ever listed? why not continue to be a private business? its still run like a private company imo. Not sure if Weel is the corporate type of guy so maybe he hates what he has built now and is selling out of the business.
All the above is speculation btw and not abnormal for founders.
If a founder cuts their stake by more than half surely that deserves a statement? if there has been no statement then its not a transparent business and should not be invested in. Any shareholder's know?
