They were the major contributor to the institutional investor placement...The company has disclosed there is no need to update the market from the prospectus. The only update was from spid81, who confirmed the diesel bills are adding daily, filling in some ditch...Hopefully, they change their mind considering the situation and details of where the funds will be spent...Considering such a large shortfall of 6.5 million dollars, it's not a big ask.
