Yes it seems if AU mining didn't stump up the cash then as spid said MRC would of gone into administration. Hardly a vote of confidence when all they have done is protect their initial investment.
MRC failed to raise the full amount to the tune of $6.5 which is a major concern, why would they try to raise that amount if they didn't need it?
When MRC tries to raise the additional amount what will the share price be? We have already seen major dilution after the last raise.
