    Posters this one baffles me as I have never seen it before; how can one shareholder go from 19.26% to 42.53% shareholding without it being material and therefore ‘price sensitive’. Secondly how are the takeover provisions not applicable? Maybe someone a lot smarter than me can answer these questions!
