In actual fact FG has done the right thing buy structuring his purchase after that of shareholders. The less people take up their entitlements the more he will end up with and also works in reverse. No doubt if he picked up 140m shares at 1.4 in placement many would be crying retail shareholders short changed. Doing it this way is the fairest for retail holders, but i guess some will complain irrespective
