He’s only got 60% of the company. Collectively we have 40% of the company. while we may not have a lot of say, due to conflict of interest, there are still a lot of inflexibility RG needs to bear with to deal with us. So we still have some say.
What I’m saying representing the remaining 40% of shareholders is: Just up your offer to a fair offer!! (* hint: greater than $1.10). It will only cost you $35Mln . This is pocket money to you but it’s a lot of money to many of us!
