No GMan...more likely McBirney is lining up a trade sale to an acquisitive US player in this space. This guy from Topline is a Technology specialist...he knows exactly what he is doing from his nondescript home office in Euclid St Santa Monica.. some 2.5 klm inland from Santa Monica beach tower 6.

Of immediate interest, Ive done a bit of a review of Topline purchases since they reached 19.8 % on 22/3/21 Nothing was updated with ASX until 25/3/22 when they announced 20.9% holding. Depending on when exactly Topline went to 19.9% which isn't clear the 3% every 6 month gun would have gone off. Anyrate.. fast forward to today with a bit of guesstimation I come up with approx 5mill shares that cud be bought before end of Dec without breaching the 3%/6month rule. I'm predicting a run up in SP Topline probably want the price looking sweet for year end reportings.
