the only way you guys can win is if he gets stuck between 80-90%
80% PACT will delist and you will be minority shareholders in an unlisted company. who knows what your shares are worth but you can potentially band together to make a nuisance of yourself and get an offer to be bought out maybe at a higher price than 84c. at 90%+ it's all over and you get 84c
