    I have posted a couple of times in the past and have kept reading the postings. I was always the pessimist as I believe the sharemarket is set up for the advantage of the well connected and rich and that they will always get their way.

    I congratulate and wish all those holding out all the very best, however I would like you to answer some questions for me;

    What is the end game of holding out?
    If he gets over 80% which he has overnight no matter what the business does re performance who is willing to buy into a business that has a majority shareholding such as Ruffy? No fund manager will buy in!
    Where will the buyers come from?
    What then will happen to the share price?
    Ruffy knows what he is doing, he is not a rich man from being dumb! He is well advised!
    I suspect we will see the SP drop once the offer closes and if it doesn't reach the 90% mark.

    This is a biblical battle between David and Goliath, but unfortunately I do not believe that the outcome will be per the bible.

    Once private or even if it stays listed do not think there will be dividends no matter how well the business performs. It will become a personal investment vehicle.

    Let's wait and see
