DOWNER took over SPOTLESS group and at 88% I thought it was all over, but COLTRANE UK and a number of small investors had 10% and refused to sell, DOWNER later did a deal with COLTRANE for their holding when it had already been delisted (undisclosed offer) so it’s never all over until it’s over.
