Can someone clarify this at I may be wrong, but my understanding was the market needs to be informed within two business days of the substantial holding changing by a percent? In this case, wouldn't that mean we should have been informed a lot sooner then today?
I could very well be wrong so don't pay much attention but just wanted to double check.
