My take is, PRU have to make a move next week. They cant allow SVM to accumulate shares on market but also cant allow them time to talk to the big holders plus the Bidders Statement is issued on the 3 January. Directors have recommended shareholders accept the new offer, that means that they (directors) have committed their shares. Predict the fireworks to start next week.
