Something has to give and it has to give soon, personally I dont care about the directors intentions to vote yes. The key information that we are missing is what PRU, Tim and Nick will do with this new deal. Its highly unlikely that we get 50% so we are all just waiting for the PRU offer really.
Can SVM accumulate more that 19.9% legally?
I would expect some information about the Big 3s intentions this week. If Nick and Tim say yes then it would flush out the PRU counter quickly but as they were not mentioned in the announcement I presume its a hard No.
