    There is no way that pru would take a stake in orr for a 15% return on a roughly 40-50 million dollar investment, just doesn't make sense imo. I dont know why shareholders would sell their shares at this stage, cant see svm getting 20% let alone 50% until there is more clarity on pru's intention.
