Yep, she could have sold the majority of her shares at average of ~ 30c over the last few months if she had been smart. But apparently she is not.

Can't wait to see her holdings down another 10mil shares to be under 5% from where she may hold or if she still wants to completely get out, the market can absorb it all easily over a week or in 1 single day with a positive ann dropped. I have seen this scenario all before. As soon as she is out, sp will make up all of its loss in a short few weeks. We are talking about 200%-300% sp recovery here.


Quantum still hold the cards close to its chest and it can easily convince the board to spend a couple of $mil to scoop up her sales. It is beneficial to Quantum, to BEZ, and every shareholder to buy her shares and cancel or Quantum can put its own money out to buy her shares at dirt cheap price to increase its holdings to 37%? There are still many ways to play her out that does not reward her in any way. Someone said before about the AGM, where "management was very upset about a bitch selling down her shares"...or something along that line.

However it will comes to a time where Quantum and/or BEZ (with the support of Quantum) can make a stragetic move to push her last 5%-7% out, at dirt cheap 15c-$17c price by buying on the market or block trade.
