The thing with ASIC is they have a list of 'enforcement priorities', and none of them seem to focus on fraud within listed companies. They are under resourced, so there's pretty much no chance they'll look into it. Particularly a small cap. Perhaps in the future they might retrospectively, but probably not. Small caps is the wild west, and there is no effective regulation.

Writing to the QLD government might do something because the grant money has been squandered, and they are accountable for managing public money.

Class action... There are firms that finance class actions, and take a % of the winnings.

Need 7 for a class action though. Who would be in?
