It appears they just want less exposure, still sitting @ 7.89% Hldg - their actions may have little to do with ASH's performance - 56% of MC in the Boss's hands, then there's Richmond Hill selling down!, J.P.Morgan Nominees with 10.16% makes it difficult to off-load volume!
Someone like Richmond Hill may think they are better allocating their funds to a more liquid stock!?
So, taking Richmond Hill out of the equation, what might fair value be for ASH?
Is RH's shedding of stock a reasonable opportunity?
