Seems to be fully priced based on present earnings at a PE 21. I would think it trades within a range of 0.86-0.94 for a while as earnings continue to tick up. This is a nice and steady as she goes type of company (bottom draw). Good technology, continuing to grow market, but hamstrung like all industries that are labour and equipment intensive. The potential cherry for price acceleration might be if the licensing suddenly accelerates.
