I recollect LBL management saying they were having success with bringing immigramts in for factory style work. I was quite envious of this because as the Chair to two medium sized private manufacturing companies I can assure you that getting factory staffing is damn difficult. Still is. And its expensive with yet more pain likely as a result of the Governments Same Job Same Pay mandate. Anyone who has employed staff knows the logic of "Show me the incentive and I will show you the outcome'. It beats communism & socialism hands down.
