Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-4

The company is valued at lets say $4 million at 1c a share.

They are supposedly selling 10% of the copper resource and 4% of the total land holding for $1.2 million.

Now, I don't believe this transaction has gone through yet, but it gives an idea of how the stock market does not value things as perhaps a buyer would.

To be honest, with the size of the tenements held and current copper resources, it wouldn't be out of the question that someone like SFR would pay 10 million plus for the whole lot. It probably needs a company with more financial clout than NRX to really explore the area properly. Now a lot of holders would not want to sell at say 3c a share, - which I understand, but my point is if the assets held were for sale, they would sell for way more than the current market cap.

So clearly something is brewing, what I am not sure, maybe a joint venture, but it is pure speculation.

It will be interesting to watch, and see what eventuates.
