Yeah, small for Vanguard, but moving in the right direction!
S32 is unlikely to have been rebalanced upwards in the indexes, so either;
1) their Resources ETFs are growing in size,
2) someone in their Mutual Fund business likes it (or a quant program!)
Either way would be a good result, and probably sees them pretty easily adding a few more % given the size of their overall FUM.
