I can’t believe that these companies can lend out their shares but keep their voting power.. thats F’N ridiculous. how can that be when technically you no longer own those shares. i can just see me going into the shops walking out with my groceries and when they ask me to pay I turn around and say. I lent my money to someone but I’ll have it when they give me the cash back. The money not in my wallet doesn’t give me the same buying power! the scams the government let companies get away with is crazy. and we wonder why just about every company on the asx is getting short sold!. I keep saying it. It’s a big old boys club and we’re not in it !!
