I think Tarrant wants a cheap shell, not sure why someone would want it for anything else given no growth, profitability pathway or cash left. Easier to swoop in and pivot when an opportunistic situation comes along as the largest individual shareholder. Unfortunately, if NGS were going places after the last quarter they wouldn't have needed to raise expensive debt desperately from those ex Bub's guys.
