How might ASH shake off the shackles that Richmond Hill appear to activated?, what's it going to for the major shldr to spread his holdings around openning the door bring more shldrs on board? A 2.5cps div. surely would be well accepted by the market? on the other hand, Richmond Hill appear to be accepting trades at current levels - suspect any uptick should it occur will see RH further reduce hldgs!?
