Thanks for that. Sounds like a complete smashing and confirmation JAT had zero legal protection over trademark of Neurio in China. Massive oversight or otherwise by past management. Wilton was special.
One positive.... with no liquidity in buyers it may not get the belting it should, it has dodged much of this due to no trade days.
Legal bills aside, just sell some milk products.
They are in a tough market. Long established, many older seasoned opponents. I'd look to new growing markets, none of Wilton's ideas, more scope to gain a presence in a newer market. Perhaps adult nutrition such as whey protein etc. Growing industry in China and everywhere else. Good luck holders.
