    Accumulate under 8, sell over 8. All they do. I get it, PVM appear to be the ones moving this market for the time being, probably making fat fees for doing so.

    Catching other retailers off guard.

    If its anything to watch their last holding, if it drops to .075, you know to stock up and then take profits above 8. Rince and repeat.
