The lowball offer (to match any other low ball ever) is the reason we are mostly holding out and digging in here, correct? If his offer was fair, near to the upper end of valuation, say $1.15, then he would now fully own the company.(IMO) Therefore what is the fair price that most on here would/will eventually accept? Personally i feel it needs to be close to the above, currently a long way off.
I have no wish to be involved with/invested in a character such as this guy, just remember he has driven this company into the hole to start with. Go back to that year of bad results, when he pretty much sacked the CEO the next day, like it was all his doing, that was the beginning of the end.
