The lowball offer (to match any other low ball ever) is the reason we are mostly holding out and digging in here, correct? If his offer was fair, near to the upper end of valuation, say $1.15, then he would now fully own the company.(IMO) Therefore what is the fair price that most on here would/will eventually accept? Personally i feel it needs to be close to the above, currently a long way off.

$1.15 is still daylight robbery.. He is going to make a mint out of this in the future, $3 or better would be more appropriate..
