    Of course we will never know when/if Perennial will stop selling, but certainly the rate of selling seems to have slowed, and the price sought by Perennial has moved up, from $1.20 to $1.277 (as of 23 Feb) in the declaration, so my feeling is perhaps it won't continue to cap the upwards movement.

    A 9.47% stake at the current price of $1.34 still represents a sizeable interest, valued at $17.22 million, which remains quite significant ie their investment remains considerable in VEE. Thus it certainly hasn't discouraged myself as an investor in the Company.
    (And investors have bought those shares!)
