but this is actually a good thing. What it shows is TDO hasn't had any capital raisins in a long time 2018, so Noel's % has not changed, until the new capital raising from Nero. Diluting Noel's ownership in today's notice. Noel doesn't like dilution....
Iam wondering whether Nero (Russel) will ask for a board position...expect they will eventually. This may not be a bad thing, because of their board position on CVN. CVN being a potential driver via drilling in next door lease, known farmout partners and synergy etc.
