Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-56

I found some money so bought some at 6.6 and 6.7 today; what I want to point out was 'when I bought all that were on offer at 6.7, the order that was at 6.8 VANISHED'

So whomever had the 6.8 cent sell order was a fake; and they had a logic 'when you see a trade at 6.7 cents, then remove my sell at 6.8 cents'

I really do not know what percent of these sellers are REAL. But, my opinion is there is a buying opportunity here (based on the info we know re the company - JUST MY OPINION); and I really think 'somebody' is playing silly buggers to keep the price low. But maybe I am wrong. Because it was pretty easy for me to buy a couple hundred thousand shares without spooking the market.

When PVM show their next substantial holder, I will like to see if they were 'traders' here in early March. They will surely pick up another 1 percent at these prices... but Lord knows how they will get them.
