Even if you exclude the 15m buy/sell on the 23rd of Feb, they accounted for ~33% of all volume in Feb
The fundamental performance almost seems irrelevant in the short term as each time the price attempts to get to 9c, the strength/momentum gets sold into by what seems to be an institution that wants to get out, but too lazy to look for a block trade
