if we can put $13 behind us once and for all then it could be the start of the big move we have been waiting for. About 4 times now $13 has acted as too strong of a resistence without news. Maybe now is the time.
clearly i don't have a clue how to read the price movements... but what i do know is that new highs are coming very soon one way or another.
