labor hire seem good but....
i being in labor hire for 10 years.....
i know they paying us less then full time....
casual get pay the lowest level that how they get away with it...
sadly most casual dont want to be full time....
the issue is treatment.... they know you cant fight back , since they can fire you anytime...
so they just force you to do the hardest work and the least breaks time....
they dont respect people without power...
the good side is labor hire can find you work asap... but you better shut up and stop talking....
i got fire 8 times from labor hire for complaining about pay and break time...
labor hire company always on their side.....
but we pay for your wages...
my wages goes in to your pay...
