Investor. I don’t believe you are one. Tranche 2 is always guaranteed. I’d expect them to get a quarter or more of the spp. as you get the free options with it. That’s enough to get them to cf b/e . The extra $5m is predicated on the company getting the 3.3c options exercised within 2 years. At this price it won’t happen but things can change quickly.
