I'll take a greater look given time.
On a very quick viewing it suggests alignment with SH's interests but the STI's can't contain much of a hurdle given that the $109,725 trigger was met.
And with the share price having been decimated and holders funds torched it would seem that hurdle is something an Octogenarian in ankle weights could step over.
