My main concern is MSB being protected from a cheap take-over offer which the less informed too often accept.
MSB has a clear blocking stake now and yes history shows that blocking partners can be turned into predators over time.
The price is likely to be far higher than otherwise possible all the same given the current working together relationships with back pain surgeons.
