What has you thinking that GG isn't the beginning of a take-over?

I'm not saying he is....I'm saying it could be.

We are SHs of MSB - as such, we don't know.

Normally this would be explained to SHs by a semi-competent CEO. And it wouldn't be explained by a semi-competent CEO if (of course) it was a rival position.


Here's what I'm confident about: GG isn't buying in to keep management and management average time at MSB is 9 years plus. By this definition of my own making, there has to be friction. GG is buying into a business that has gone from $5.70 to under 30c - he sees something he likes and I'm confident it isn't the fools that have brought the company to it's knees.

The whole BoDs and management are SI's people. SI's team that have never delivered a FDA P3 trial have just started another, with little change (Grossman out and Rose who was there already moves into his role). The market is not confident and neither am I.
