I read what you put up.
I always thought that they only had to notify once they got to 5 percent. Then nothing up to 20 percent.
That would make all the companies never adhere to the 1 percent up or down rule because I have never seen any other company keep to the 1 percent rule.
Well I can't remember them putting out notifications for the sale or purchase of one percent of stock that I remember
