To own 10% of Mesoblast if this 10% stake partnership type deal occurred would then require 125,478,293 shares or more to be held by GG and as you can see, GG didn't have enough shares in the previous declaration to continue holding a 10% blocking stake in Mesoblast IF the above scenario unfolded, whereas now he does ...smart investors like GG are always ahead of the game / prepared

A CHF partnership involving a 15% stake in Mesoblast would also see GG protected with his 10% blocking stake as he would need to hold a minimum of 131,181,852 shares in that 15% partnership stake scenario and he does and low and behold guess what a 10% blocking stake would require if a 19.99% stake CHF partnership deal was to eventuate ? GG would require 136.8 million shares to be held if he continued to hold a 10% blocking stake - does anyone believe in coincidences ... lol

I think we at least know Si and GG have to be working together to control the future of the company.

Si & Co had the choice to sell or not to sell GG the extra shares in the CR to take him over 10%, so obviously they are on the same page about the future of the company. Otherwise why would you allow one person so much of a controlling stake, especially when the CR was institutionally oversubscribed. There was a choice and Si made it - sell to GG….then the plan….

That is to not let it be taken over and keep delivery of their pipeline of novel therapies to help the world and maximise every shareholders return, with them as primary beneficiaries.
