You may also want to refer by using the 'HC' "discussion" archive to examine various announcements posted on this site on 3 September 2021, 5 November 2021, 17 DEcember 2021 and 13 April 2023 that mostly reflect the resignation of previous Directors and the appointment of replacements.
As one example, rail expert Mr Stephen Cantwell joined the Board. LAU has c.600 railable containers of which 575 were recently said to be operable. Hopefully with the resumption of trains across the Nullarbor to and from Perth, a higher percentage are in use than was the case two weeks ago.
